Instructors work at one of our base locations in Corona, Riverside or Redlands in the Work Activity Program assisting adults with disabilities in their job tasks.
Job Coaches transport three or four adults with disabilities to and from their job site and assists them in their job tasks. Instructors and Job Coaches also complete monthly paperwork as required by the state, and other duties as assigned.

Job Description:
Under limited direction, the Job Developer is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with employers and community organizations to develop job opportunities and continued support employment for Consumers. The role involves coordinating day-to-day activities such as soliciting employer interest and involvement in the employment of Consumers, distributing flyers, posting opportunities, and maintaining records of all leads and job developing data; placement data. Initiates job development with local businesses; and maintains personal contacts with business and industry representatives.Participates in outreach and recruitment activities by coordinating / creating and attending job fairs and/or screening events.
