Improving Our Day to Day Lives
The new Staff Kiosk allows all staff to view time and attendance records at our facilities. All workstations have been updated with our latest software and PC maintenance programs. AbilityServer continues to be updated, and provides one of the most efficient and feature rich attendance, production and case management programs available in our field. Thanks to those staff members who responded to the Staff Kiosk Survey. ACI is very interested in the opinions of staff and consumers. Participating in surveys gives you input into the operations of our organization.
Other Tech News
Oct. ’08 – TelePacific (TP) will soon be our main landline telephone and internet service provider, installing a T-1 internet line at Trademark Circle and Garner Road by the end of Nov and beginning of December. Three fax-to-emails will be provided to specified managers at each site; included in our new service.
Oct. ’08 – The new and improved Staff Help Desk (SHD) has been established, with approximately 90% data migration and configuring completed. We plan to launch it company-wide in January 2009.
