Marriage
Consumers Mark Thomas and Kiana Buffington from the Atlanta program were married on June 7, 2008. Congratulations to both of them.

Special Olympics
Consumer James Vance won two gold medals at the Special Olympics in Long Beach this June. His events were the 100-meter dash and 400-meter fast walk. James works in the janitorial program at the City of Colton.

Graduations
This June, Jose Acosta graduated from Corona High School. Ability Counts is his first employment. He enjoys his job at the Corona site processing garment hangers. One of his goals is to earn enough money for a vacation in Mexico. We support him in this goal, encouraging him to save his money and increase his productivity.
